Would I Stay Here? Hmm... this hotel is dated. I'd prefer a more comfortable place.

Svershkov 8 has nine rooms. Front desk lady said "Mostly foreigners stay here." I'm surprised! She says "Americans adopting children stay here." I'm still surprised. Conditions are a little rough. Plus there is "Sa-var-ley." That is the name of their pet owl. He flies around the hotel lobby at night. They are very proud of him and was featured in a German travel magazine she says.

Rooms have hardwood floors. Bathrooms are a little old, and dark. There is a junk depository on the second floor near the stairway. It is an old, dated place. Not terrible. But also not the most comfortable place to stay. Some type of middle eastern embassy is across the street, so security should be good in this neighborhood.
