Location Rating: Good. 15 minute walk from Nevsky prospect, Moskovsky railway station. Half an hour walk to Alexandro-Nevsky monastery. Grand Hotel Emerald is across the street.

Proximity To Metro: Good. 10-15 minute walk to Ploschad Vosstaniya metro station.

Comments: If this place exists then it's located in a very crappy looking building. I was not able to open the door lock because either the numbers seemed wrong or the lock was so old that it wasn’t working. I waited for a while but nobody came in or out.
