Lobby Appearance: Large and spacious. The lobby is on the second floor, with elevators and escalators leading to the check-in desk. There is a restaurant in the lobby, as well as a lobby bar. Room Appearance: The rooms are typical for a business hotel. While not large, they are adequate. The bathrooms are large, and there is a phone in the bathroom. Each room has wireless internet access, and wireless modems are available at the front desk for a small deposit. The rooms on the bay side have an excellent view of San Francisco Bay, and the Bay Bridge. Useful Nearby Businesses: The hotel is in the heart of the financial district, and many businesses are nearby. Hotel Restaurants: There is a lobby restaurant which is very good. They have a great breakfast buffet. There is also an elegant restaurant on the top floor, which I have not been to. Other Amenities: In room, wireless internet access. I've also used their meeting services, which are top notch. Staff Speaks English?: Yes. As with all Hyatts, they have a multilingual staff. Would I Stay There Again?: Yes. And I stay there frequently. Comments: The only complaint I have is that they tend to fill up quickly. Book your room well in advance.
