* It looks bad from the outside, but conditions are fine inside *

Rates: Single standard (one person) $124, (for 2 people it is $141). Superior single: $146 to $163. Superior suite: $265.

Location Rating: Good. Within a 10 or 15 minutes by foot you can be among numerous stores and restaurants in the city center.

Proximity To Metro: There are 6 nearby metro stations.

Lobby Appearance: Good impression. Recently updated.

Room Appearance: They have some nice rooms. I was surprised, since the exterior facade of the building does not look good.

Useful Nearby Businesses: The fairly large President Hotel is next door.

Hotel Restaurants: Besides having some large dining halls, they've got a couple bars to hang out in.

Other Amenities: Business center, central air conditioning, key card access required to use elevator, concierge service, pharmacy, car rental.

Would I stay here? Yes.

Staff speaks English? Yes

Comments: The outside of the building looks like crap. So I sure was surprised to discover they had nice rooms. The rooms I saw had 13" TVs and tight bathrooms with not much maneuvering room. The 15th floor has new carpet in the corridor. The hotel has 407 rooms. Some of these rooms have been set aside for nonsmokers and disabled people.
