Rinaldi Bed & Breakfast J www.rinaldi.ru St. Petersburg, Russia Phone: 7 (812) 233-1088
e-mail: info@rinaldi.ru Street Address: 7 Bolshoi Prospect, Petrograd Side (entrance from 4 Zverinskaya ulitsa, the only door in the archway to the left). Rates: Prices are the same as in all Rinaldi chain B&Bs. Starting with $40 up to $100 per room. Location Rating: Fair. Not very close to the city's most popular sights, but at least it's not somewhere in a very ugly area of the city. Also, during summer-time be mindful that all bridges in the city center open at night to let the ships go by. And if you lose track of time about getting over the bridge by 1:30am, you'll be stuck on the wrong side of the river until 5am. Proximity To Metro: Very good. Less than a 5 minute walk to Sportivnaya metro station. Lobby Appearance: A long narrow corridor with a tiny reception desk at the end. Room Appearance: All rooms look the same, with the same wall-paper bathrooms that I find so shocking. Anyway, everything is clean, new and nice, and it also applies to bathroom facilities. Smoking is not allowed.
Useful Nearby Businesses: Lots of stores and cafes on Bolshoi prospect just next door. Hotel Restaurants: They have a really small café area just for having breakfast. Other Amenities: Fax, transfers ($25), booking tickets, guided tours, private security, car rental. No internet connection. Registration fee is included in the price. Would I Stay Here? Yes. Staff Speaks English? Yes, plus German and Italian.
