Rates: Single $55-$90, double $65-$100, double semi-suite $100-$120, double suite $110-$130.

Location Rating: Good. In the historical part of the city yet located on a nice and quiet street without busy traffic.

Proximity To Metro: Good. It's about a 7 minute walk to Petrogradskaya metro station, and a 15 minute walk to Chkalovskaya metro station.

Lobby Appearance: Nothing special, but nice, clean and with a comfortable sofa.

Room Appearance: Each of the 28 rooms features brand new shower cabins or baths, bathrobes, satellite TV, a telephone, and a hairdryer. Smoking is allowed. Suites and semi-suites have air-conditioning. Though some rooms might seem very small, they are very comfortable and cozy.

Useful Nearby Businesses: A movie-theater, restaurants and cafes, fast food, shopping malls.

Hotel Restaurants: 24-hour bar on the first floor and a small café for breakfast on the second floor. Dinners can be ordered into the room.
