Location Rating: Hmm... it's great if you are somehow involved with the Ukrainian national soccer team. They have beautiful, manicured playing fields across the street. Nothing else is here except a busy highway and a pine tree forest. However, the city limits is very close.

Proximity To Metro: Far away from the metro.

Lobby Appearance: It isn't just a hotel. Mainly it is a restaurant, and it is very, very interesting here. The main dinning hall is 100% light colored wood. Like being in a lodge. It is that kind of atmosphere. It is expensive to eat here. It looks like a great restaurant. Outside they have separate cabins in order to have a private dining party. The cabins have a large table, elegant place settings, and a TV. Also out back are really nice picnic-type areas where you can be served your meal. I found it very pleasant back there under the pine trees, and I loved their sound system. The speakers look like rocks and the sound is terrific! There is a pool back there and a little pond. You walk over a little bridge and continue down the path to the hotel. The hotel has just 8 rooms and is less than one year old.

Room Appearance: The rooms I saw had queen-sized beds, air conditioning, and 19 inch TVs. Although the rooms are new, I found them to be plain, and I did not like the dull lighting. The lighting should definitely be improved. Better lighting would give the rooms a warmer, cozier feel.

Useful Nearby Businesses: Nothing else is here except the playing fields. Oh, I saw a small food store in the distance. Mainly it is just a busy 2 lane highway leading out of the city.

Hotel Restaurants: As mentioned, this is primarily a restaurant business which happens to have 8 hotel rooms.

Other Amenities: Security is very good here. I think they have "paintball" events... where you play soldier in the woods and shoot competitors with paintballs. They have 3 saunas. I found the sauna house decor to be plain. The pool is free.

Would I Stay Here? Yes, for one night. Then I would probably get bored.

Staff Speaks English? Yes.

Comments: I loved discovering Razgulyaevo. It is very upscale. And it just seems like a fun, adventurous, inspirational kind of place. I think it would be a great hangout spot on a weekend night with a group of friends. I'm very impressed with the high quality and creativity of the restaurant part of the business. No elevator in the hotel.
