Rates: Starting from $57.99 a night for a minimum 7 day stay (for one person, $5 per night more for a second person).

* Budget hotel oriented to long term travellers *

Location Rating: Near the airport. Location is very isolated. Nothing interesting is here. It is in a strip of of 7 hotels. All fairly new buildings.

Lobby Appearance: Small. Quaint. Winter has soiled the carpet a little bit.

Room Appearance: I don't like the gloomy florescent lighting on the ceiling in the rooms. Lighting by the bed is better. Rooms have a kitchen with pots, pans and plates and other utensils.

Useful Nearby Businesses: Ruby Tuesday restaurant. The nearby Embassy Suites also has a nice restaurant. That's it.

Hotel Restaurants: None.

Other Amenities: An outdoor pool (closed during the cold months). They have a fitness room, but it has only 3 pieces of equipment. There is a laundry room where you can do your wash for $1 per load. "Free local calls." Free dial-up internet access. Desk. Pull-out sofa bed. Iron and ironing board. Microwave. Refrigerator. Rooms have a 26 inch TV.

Would I Stay Here? Yes.

Comments: The weekly rate gets less frequent housekeeping service. In one room I saw, the desk had smear marks (like it had not been wiped down), and there were crumbs or something between the wall and the carpet in one area. Six rooms are handicap accessible. Most of the third floor is reserved for smokers. Room updates are coming in 2006.

Sign in the parking lot says "Please remove all visible valuables and secure your vehicle. Management cannot be responsible for theft, loss or damage." All of the hotels in this area have signs like this.
