* A really nice, fresh, budget hotel close to the airport. Excellent value. *

Location Rating: There is nothing here except for a Ruby Tuesday restaurant and other hotels, plus a giant office building that you cannot go near. It is near the airport in an area that I would describe as an isolated hotel strip, where there are 7 hotels next to each other. To walk to here from the airport is too far. Most of these hotels have free shuttle buses.

Lobby Appearance: It looks like a brand new building. A breakfast room is connected to the lobby area.

Room Appearance: The rooms look new and are quite nice.

Useful Nearby Businesses: Ruby Tuesday restaurant is within a 3 or 4 minute walk. The nearby Embassy Suites also has a great atmosphere at their Embassy Grille Restaurant.

Hotel Restaurants: None. They have a breakfast room.

Other Amenities: Wireless internet is coming, they say. Rooms have 2 phone lines. Here is something unusual: free local and long distance calls! Plus free continental breakfast. And free airport shuttle every 30 minutes around the clock. Rooms have a 20 inch TV, HBO movies, CNN, ESPN, and a video game console. Free USA Today newspapers.

Comments: The building is 5 years old. They have 86 guest rooms, 46 suites. Suites have a kitchenette with mini refrigerator, microwave, and sink. The facility has been kept in excellent condition. I was really impressed with how nice it is for the money. They say they sell-out of the cheapest rooms every night. They have a "Micropass" frequent stay card. If you stay 9 nights, the 10th night is free.
