The Ozerkovskaya opened in 2001 and has 26 rooms. It is located in an office area. Shops are not within an easy walk of the hotel. The rooms have bare hardwood floors, and the rooms are of nice quality. The bathrooms are good. There is nice local art on some room walls. Standard rooms have no AC. But better rooms have air. On the bottom floor is a nice little 3 table bar/cafe. And there is an additional cafe area that is quite private. The hotel was very quiet during my visit and I think this is also a quiet location. It appears this hotel is more suited for business travellers. It's a clean, good place. But you could get more in features at the nearby Katerina City Hotel or Tatiana Hotel.
