Rates: Single $50, twin $60, triple $70 (=twin with extra bed)

Location Rating: Good. Located on a busy street with windows facing two quiet courtyards.

Proximity To Metro: Good. Five minute walk to Petrogradskaya metro station.

Lobby Appearance: There is a small reception desk at the end of a long corridor.

Room Appearance: They have 6 twin rooms which do not have air-conditioning, but are equipped with fans and heaters. Smoking is allowed only in the kitchen area.

Useful Nearby Businesses: There are many of all kinds. It's Bolshoy Prospect - you can find anything here; it's just like Nevsky but a bit narrower, though this doesn’t make it less impressive.

Hotel Restaurants: There is a three table kitchen where guests have breakfast and can do some basic cooking.

Other Amenities: None.

Would I Stay Here? Yes.

Staff Speaks English? It depends on who is working at the reception desk.

Comments: Lena (reviewer) says it is a nice place to stay. But that front entryway looks crappy.
