Street Address: Perekupnoy Pereulok 3-1, located on the 1st and 2nd floors (no elevator).

Rates: $40-$60

Location Rating: Good. Located on a quiet street a few steps away from Nevsky Prospect.

Proximity To Metro: It’s halfway from both metro stations Ploschad Vosstaniya and Ploschad Alexandra Nevskogo. Approximately 7-10 minute walk to either metro stop.

Lobby Appearance: Very nice, with a modern fresco on the wall depicting old Saint Petersburg and a comfy wooden bench and a plant nearby.

Room Appearance: This mini-hotel has 9 double rooms located on the first and second floors of a historical building which was constructed in 1876. All rooms are spacious, comfortably furnished and equipped with air-conditioning, a telephone and satellite TV. Every two (sometimes 3) rooms form a unit: rooms of each unit share a bathroom and a shower. Everything’s very new and clean and very nice. Pleasant aroma is in the air - I loved it! However, you must share the bathrooms.

Useful Nearby Businesses: Nevsky Prospect - you can find anything there.

Hotel Restaurants: There is a nice and cozy kitchen on every floor. I loved it - very homey looking. They also have an agreement with a café across the street where guest of the hotel get discounts for any meal.

Other Amenities: Laundry service, visa support and visa registration, booking tickets, tours and excursions, booking restaurants, transfers, internet and email, business center services, safety deposit boxes. If you’re coming with a baby, they will provide you with a baby cot.

Would I Stay Here? Yes.

Staff Speaks English? Yes. Those who don’t speak English are learning it.

Comments: I really liked this hotel and I’d stay here without any hesitation - the price for a night is a bargain for the quality of service you get. This is a lovely place, in my opinion.
