Lobby Appearance: My expectations of the rooms were not high after seeing the lobby. It is an ordinary lobby of a mid-sized hotel.
Room Appearance: Good quality. We started out with a visit to the 11th floor, and the hallway gives a great impression. Everything on this floor was updated 4 years ago, but it all looks new. Suite #1104 is good quality. There is a view of the Parliament building (Hotel Complex Kyiv) has a better, closer view). The room has a really, really nice bathroom with jacuzzi tub. I loved the marble counter-top. Good lighting. Some of the rooms I saw on this floor have a red and gold theme, others are blue and gold. I also found it interesting that when you open your door, the hallway lights turn on. The bathrooms are the best part of the rooms.

Hotel Restaurants: Two restaurants. Both have been updated within the last 12 to 24 months. A bar on the 4th floor is open from 6pm till the last customer.
Other Amenities: Internet access available in your room. Rooms have a safe. Every room has air conditioning. The business center is open from 9am till 6pm.
Would I Stay Here? Yes.
Staff Speaks English? Limited English.
Comments: The 11th floor surpassed my expectations. Two cash machines are in the lobby, along with souvenirs, beer, juice, water, soda, booze, and things. The front desk resisted my request to see the rooms.
