Street Address: 56A Malaya str., Pushkin (Tsarskoye Selo)

Rates: single $50, double $65-$80, family suite $85, extra bed $25

Location Rating: Excellent. In the heart of the suburban town of Pushkin, and very close to Catherine’s Palace with the world-famous Amber Room. The Pulkovo airports are about a 15 minute drive to the north.

Proximity To Metro: There are no metro stops in this cozy suburb. There are mini-busses/route-taxis that go to Saint Petersburg quite often but it might be a big deal to get one as they are always overcrowded! If you’re staying at this hotel make sure you have your own private driver who will take you wherever you wish. It’s a 20 minute ride from/to Moskovskaya metro station, or almost an hour to the city center.

Lobby Appearance: Classy and brand new. This hotel opened only a year ago, in May 2003.

Room Appearance: There are 24 rooms; all of them have satellite TV, telephones, hairdryers, safety deposit boxes, mini-bars and modern bathrooms. Everything is very clean. The furniture is new and very comfortable.

Useful Nearby Businesses: On Oranzhereynaya street (it’s almost next door) there’s a drugstore, numerous groceries, and Gostiny Dvor Department Store of Pushkin. On the same street as the hotel there is a great wine boutique "Kauffmann" where you can get high quality spirits and their unique brand of Russian vodka.

Hotel Restaurants: They have a very small but nice café on the first floor where guests are served continental breakfast (included in the price of the room).

Other Amenities: Internet access, guarded parking.

Would I Stay Here? Yes.

Staff Speaks English? Yes.

Comments: There's a security guard always sitting by the entrance. A very nice man, I should admit.

Hi!
I just spent a week at the Hotel Natali...it was EXCELLENT! Great breakfast, super-clean room, nice and quiet, with a friendly staff who spoke good English. I would not hesitate to stay there again, and recommend it. The only very minor problem I had was that the maid kept leaving the room windows open, which allowed the mosquitoes in...but they fixed that immediately when I mentioned it.
