Of This Mini-Hotel

Rates: $24 to $72. Breakfast is included.

Location Rating: Poor. It is in a residential district.

Proximity To Metro:  Far.

Lobby Appearance: Gives an uncertain impression.

Room Appearance: This mini-hotel has 13 rooms. They say they have been in business 5 years and the hotel was updated a year ago, but that are going to do more updating, like paint walls that have gotten dirty.

Useful Nearby Businesses: They have a beekeepers supply store. So you can get in the honey making business here.

Hotel Restaurants: The have a small bar/restaurant with two rooms. One of the rooms is sunnier and quieter. The other is darker and a little bit noisier. Unfortunately, somebody stole all the wall art in the cafe.

Other Amenities: Honey is for sale.

Would I Stay Here? No. It is not convenient to anything except nearby apartment buildings, and the rooms did not excite me.

Staff Speaks English? They say they can communicate in English and German, especially German since the woman who showed us around is German.

Comments: This is an economy class hotel and you should adjust your expectations accordingly. If you want, they will let you have a room for 6 hours at a price of $10. They are nice, and the beekeepers store is interesting, but to me the rooms are very so-so.
