Would I Stay Here? I guess? It seems like a nice place?

I couldn't see the rooms. I couldn't walk the corridors. I couldn't see the second floor cafe. The front desk said all 56 rooms were occupied.

The hotel is 8 years old. Prices range between 1480 to 3600 rubles (as of 3/31/2004) which seems cheap. The exterior of the building looks quite good and there are exterior surveillance cameras. The hotel is located down a driveway next to the orangish-red Minister Of Defense building (where you may see soldiers). Inside the hotel, the restaurant on the ground floor is nice. Outside they have parking for cars and a fountain. They say they have a good sauna. Rooms don't have air conditioning. That's all I know. It looks nice and comfortable, but I couldn't see the corridors or rooms.

Front desk lady spoke English with unusually sharp precision. The location does not excite me.
