Location Rating: Good. It's a 10 or 15 minute walk to the center of the city.
Proximity To Metro:
Lobby Appearance: Recent updating.
Room Appearance: Cramped bathrooms. Everything is clean. Recent upgrades but not completely new. Air conditioning. Nice curtains.
Useful Nearby Businesses:
Hotel Restaurants: They have a pretty nice cafe and you can have a complete mail for $5.
Other Amenities: Three saunas, two swimming pools.
Would I stay here? Yes.
Staff speaks English? No English.
Comments: Kooperator Hotel at first was not cooperating, but my brilliant guide fixed that. Some rooms are like an apartment and have a closet-sized micro kitchen. They've got a weird deal with their pools. You can only use the pool if you make a pre-arranged reservation through the director, and it is not available on weekends. They consider themselves "3 star."
