Street Address: 4 Chistyakovskaya str.

Rates: Double $70, suite $100, family rooms (3) $150, a room in a block $60, wedding suite for 2 days $230. It’s also possible to rent a room for an hour (as the price list says - for romantic people).

Location Rating: Poor - very far from anything interesting, but in a very nice almost suburban area of the city, with clean air and great parks and lakes around.

Proximity To Metro: Poor. Almost half an hour walk to Ozeki metro station.

Lobby Appearance: Very modern with a huge screen TV in the center and comfortable sofas in the corner.

Room Appearance: Perfect. Modern, clean, comfortable and spacious, all rooms are light green inside and bathrooms have either dark blue or black and white tiles (this makes them a bit gloomy I think). Rooms have  satellite TV, telephones and mini-fridges. Most rooms have king-size beds. No air-conditioning.

Useful Nearby Businesses: None.

Hotel Restaurants: There's a very nice Russian and European cuisine restaurant in one of the buildings where guests have breakfast, and you can order any other meal during the day.

Other Amenities: Three saunas (Finnish, Turkish, infra red and the cost is only $40 for up to 6 people for 3 hours), a swimming pool, tanning bed, mini gold field, summer garden café, hookah, children’s room and playground with a baby-sitter and lots of toys, massage center, tennis, gym hall, transfers, guided tours.

Would I Stay Here? Yes.

Staff Speaks English? Yes.

Comments: Probably it’s not the best place if you’d like to sightsee because it’s so far away and you’ll spend at least an hour everyday getting to the city center, but it’s a perfect place if you need some days of rest and quietness that you would like to spend with the ones you love.
