Rates: $35 to $40.

Location Rating: Fair. It is a newer neighborhood. No old buildings. Lots of businesses. Lots of people. But nothing like the historical center of the city.

Proximity To Metro: Good. A 12 to 15 minute walk to Leninskiy Prospekt Metro Station. You can pick up a mini-bus or just walk it.

Lobby Appearance: There is a modern stairwell and a guard at the bottom. Security is strict. Upstairs there is an administrator's office and apartments.

Room Appearance: Conditions are very good, especially for the money. These are apartments with modern bathrooms and good kitchens.

Useful Nearby Businesses: Lots of businesses nearby, including a Pizza Hut and a fitness club.

Hotel Restaurants: A bar is in the building.

Other Amenities: Guarded parking is available.

Would I Stay Here? Yes. It is far from the center in a dull, and fairly new neighborhood. But the price is great for what you get and the metro station is close enough.

Staff Speaks English? Yes.

Comments: Located in back of building 115 in a large neighborhood of tall apartment buildings. The neighborhood is active with people. Many stores line the street. This organization has a specialty in arranging housing for foreign dignitaries and they have other apartments and summer cottages available.
