Would I Stay Here? Yes.

I met Tatiana, the general manager, who the hotel was also named after. This family also owns the nearby Katerina City Hotel, which was named after a daughter. This family has high standards. The Katerina is a very good hotel and so is this one. Sales and marketing manager Anastasia gave me the grand tour. The Tatiana has 72 rooms and is considered a 4 star hotel, which I believe. While the Katerina has a very modern design theme, the Tatiana Hotel has a classical design them. The hotel features a large 4 story atrium. There is a restaurant and bar on the lobby floor. The rooms are really, really nice. And all the bathrooms have heated floors.

You will find no unpleasant surprises here. The staff is customer-oriented and the facility is impressive, very clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Room prices range from 200 to 350 units (as of March 22, 2004).

The hotel is tucked away in a mostly residential neighborhood near the train station at Paveletskaya Square, so if you are travelling light and arriving at Domodedovo Airport, you can take the express train from Domodedovo (75 rubles) to the train station and walk to the hotel in about 10 minutes or so. An internet cafe, eating places, a supermarket, and offices are in the area.

I lived in this neighborhood and I was very comfortable here.
