Hotel Fontanka   K

This name popped up a couple times in my search for Saint Petersburg's hotels. I learned that it is just a wing of the mediocre Hotel Sovetskaya. The Sovetskaya complex has two different lobbies. The Fontanka lobby is very nice, like the Sovetskaya's, but in walking the corridors, I did not have the sense that this facility for travelers is among the city's best. Is there separate management between the two wings? I don't think so. Both would not allow us to see their rooms. See the Hotel Sovetskaya's review...
