Hotel Budapest K +7 (095) 921-1060 www.hotel-budapest.ru Street Address: Petrovskie Linii Street 2/18 - Moscow, Russia
Location: Very Good. Nearest Metro: Kuznetskiy Most or Teatralnaya Staff Speaks English? Yes Would I Stay Here? Yes. * The Lobby Area Lowered My Expectations * The Budapest is okay. The pricing is not in the same category as the elite hotels and there is a reason for that. When I arrived, I saw workers trying to get dirt out of a worn-out carpet in the lobby. That said something to me right there. (Carpet is way overdue for replacement.) The hotel features 121 rooms. The guest rooms are carpeted and have air conditioning. Some corridors require a key card to enter (good security feature). Other hallways have not yet been updated with the keycard locks. I thought the standard single rooms were plain. Other rooms are better in quality. The suite I saw had short beds! There is a business center with $10 an hour internet access, but it is only open Monday through Friday. On the second floor is a cozy bar. Breakfast and taxes are included in the room pricing. The hotel is okay, just okay. It's not going to wow you. However they say a renovation is underway.
