Location Rating: Buried in a very interesting old section of the city.

Proximity To Metro: About a 15 minute walk to Poshtova Ploshchad metro station.

Lobby Appearance: It appears to be a small hotel with some class.

Room Appearance: The hotel is 10 years old, but the rooms were updated in 2004. And the rooms are nice, and have air conditioning.

Useful Nearby Businesses: It is a pleasant, interesting walk to local restaurants, and an interesting street with people selling crafts and things is nearby.

Hotel Restaurants: They have a comfortable little restaurant that is mainly for guests and it is not locally advertised to keep the environment quiet. It serves Ukrainian and Italian food. And the chef is Italian.

Other Amenities: Free conference room for up to 15 people. Wireless internet in guest rooms.

Would I Stay Here? Yes.

Staff speaks English? Limited, not advanced English. They prefer to speak their own language.

Comments: They were gravely concerned that I was going to trash their hotel, but I have no complaints. It's a nice place. They've got a cash machine in the lobby. Guests would enjoy hiking up the souvenir/crafts street known as Andriyivsky Uzviz. The Domus Hotel has 30 rooms.
