Rates: single $45 - $60, double $50 - $70, suite $65 - $90

Location Rating: Very good. On a quiet street in the historical center of the city; from here you can easily access any part of Saint Petersburg easily. Five minute walk to Nevsky Prospect.

Proximity To Metro: Very good. 10 minute walk to Mayakovskaya metro station, 15 minutes from Moskovsky railway station.

Lobby Appearance: This hotel has recently been renovated. Looks very new, clean and cozy. They have surveillance equipment to watch who's entering the building.

Room Appearance: There are 6 rooms (1 single, 3 doubles, 2 suites) and each has a name according to its design. The design of this hotel is unique. The owner herself designed it. She’s very interested in collecting antiques and interesting old things that you can see on display in the rooms and corridors of this mini-hotel. If you ask she’ll gladly give you a tour and tell the story of each single piece she owns. The rooms are very nicely decorated, very clean and spacious. Guests living in the single or double rooms must share two toilets and one shower (also very clean and nicely decorated with very interesting details). Each room has: a TV, a hair-dryer, air-conditioning, a bathrobe with slippers, shampoo, soap, a manicure set. If you’re living in a suite then you have a possibility to use a telephone and a mini-bar. Smoking is strickly prohibited here as the building is more than 100 years old and it’s walls are wooden! (But you cannot notice it.)

Hotel Restaurants: there’s a very sunny kitchen area where guests have continental breakfast and it’s also possible to order extra meals, or use the mini-bar and snacks with very low pricing. Or if you feel like it, you can do some cooking yourself!

Other Amenities: you can use a CD-player, a VCR, a fax, check your email and iron your clothes for free. If you need to spend a little longer on-line then one hour of internet costs $1 (A bargain!). Other services include: transfers, laundry, excursions. Visa registration (for those who don't live here as well - very cheap 450 roubles only= $15)

Would I Stay Here? Yes.

Staff Speaks English? Yes. And also French and Italian.
