It seems this tour company did a fantastic job with these travelers. The hotels were all really nice and the cost was pretty good. So below are more thoughts from this recent China traveler:

We were very pleased with our tour to China and I didn't know if it was appropriate to mention the tour group in one of the reviews or not. If you want to include any of this information on your website anywhere, you're welcome to do so. Ritz Tours was the tour company we chose and they did a fantastic job. We felt comfortable, safe and well taken care of everywhere we went. They are extremely well organized, the city tour guides were excellent, personable and full of information about the tourist sites, the cities and the history of China. The tour guide who stayed with us from the time of arrival in Beijing until we left Shanghai was also great. He had a wealth of information he shared with us regarding China, it's cities, it's history and, within reason, was willing to answer questions. For anyone interested, Ritz Tours' website is www.ritztours.com  and their tour is one of the best bargains we've ever found. When they say the price is all inclusive, it really is. We only had to buy a couple of meals, our souvenirs and the tips for the tour guides...otherwise, everything else was included in the price they show on the website. For two weeks including seven air fares, all five star hotels, all but one or two meals, entrance fees and gratuities, averaged out to about $175 per day. That included a little extra ($50 each) because we chose to stay over in San Francisco instead of getting off the plane from New Orleans (4 hour flight) and getting right on to the one to Beijing (14 hour flight). That gave us the perfect opportunity to tour Alcatraz on our way over and then on the way back we were able to visit with our daughter who lives near San Francisco. Again, I would highly recommend this tour company to anyone interested in seeing China.
