Street Address: 34, Bolshaya Morskaya ul.

Rates: (as of September 2005) double 130 EUR - 185 EUR in low season and 185 EUR - 275 EUR in
high season. extra bed 50 EUR

Location Rating: Very good. Located in the heart of the city close to the Hermitage.

Proximity To Metro: Good. Easy and enjoyable 15 minute walk to Canal Griboyedova/Gostiny Dvor metro stations.

Lobby Appearance: There's no lobby itself but a cozy sitting area with a bar at the end of the corridor.

Room Appearance: All 5 rooms are really fancy- looking and can rival with those of hotels like the Astoria and Angleterre. Rooms are named after famous Italian architects who created beautiful ensembles in Saint Petersburg - Trezzini, Rossi, Rastrelli, Quarenghi, Rinaldi - all of them are very spacious, have everything one might need and boast a unique design created by the owner of the
hotel himself. Antique furniture, under-floor heating in bathrooms, king-size beds, satellite TV and air exchange system are meant to make you enjoy your stay in this mini-hotel.

Useful Nearby Businesses: There's a beauty salon and a fitness center in the same building as this hotel. Bolshaya Morskaya street has tons of nice cafes and restaurants (some with room service).

Hotel Restaurants: None. One of the things I especially liked about this place is that besides breakfast all light refreshments and soft drinks are free. Just come and take whatever you want!

Other Amenities: The inclusive price structure means phone calls (even some international ones) and internet are included into the price. Extra: visa support, theater booking, transfers, business research & support services.

Would I Stay Here? Yes!

Staff Speaks English? Yes, of course.

Comments: Adriano, the owner, says they're planning to add more rooms to the hotel soon but the place will keep its unique homey and friendly atmosphere and personalized service attitude.
