Lobby Appearance: They have a square tile pond with fish known as "oscars" and turtles. I found that interesting. The lobby feels... a bit soviet. Partial recent updating. But feels foreign to me.
Room Appearance: Rooms have been updated recently, yet I did not find the rooms comfortable. The rooms feel foreign. They did not make me feel as if I was in a western-style hotel.
Useful Nearby Businesses: Not sure... there is a very busy highway outside. The neighborhood has a lot of apartment buildings.
Hotel Restaurants: Small, comfortable cafe.
Other Amenities: Super-dooper sauna! Wow! I sure was surprised. It's really nice! Definitely the best part of this facility.
Would I Stay Here? Well, I don't really like the rooms, but the staff seems nice (although no English) and they have a lot of cleaning ladies. Plus the sauna room is pretty incredible. So the answer is yes I would stay here, but it would not be my top choice.

Comments: Boy... this place was buzzing with cleaning ladies when I was there. And it seemed like the woman giving us the facility tour was in a state of restrained panic. (Just my impression). They really only wanted to show us perfect, 100% ready rooms. Recent updating has been done to the corridors and rooms. Everything was clean. I wanted to like the rooms, but to me there was something dreary about this place and I can't pinpoint the reason. They say "breakfast is free." This hotel has 37 rooms. A Ukrainian-speaking guest said "This is a really nice hotel." I think most of their guests speak Ukrainian or Russian, and I am not sure how an English-only speaker would communicate here? Well, they were accommodating and flexible in allowing me to see the rooms, which I appreciate. And they really do have an excellent sauna that is way above the rest of the facility in its quality.
