This spacious B&B is located less than a 10 minute walk from St. Petersburg's main train station and the famous Nevsky Prospect. Proximity To Metro: Good. Less than 15 minute walk to Ploschad Vosstaniya metro station. Lobby Appearance: There is no lobby or reception desk. It’s an apartment where you live on your own. The landlord meets up with you, gives you the keys, explains everything and leaves you. Room Appearance: Four quiet and spacious double rooms feature large windows and high ceilings, satellite TV, big and comfortable beds and nice new furniture. No air-conditioning. Smoking is not allowed. Room 2 has a small balcony - you can smoke there. Guests must share 2 (spacious) bathrooms decorated with colorful tiles and equipped with shower cabins and heated floors. Useful Nearby Businesses: There’s a Russian "blini" café, a grocery and a cell phone store nearby. There is also a Medical clinic if there’s an emergency. Hotel Restaurants: The kitchen area is really very cozy - lighting is good because of the big windows, and it’s well equipped so that you can do your own cooking. Breakfast is included into the price and you just take what you want from the fridge! There's a big poster with the Russian Alphabet on the wall: while digesting - study Russian! Tea or coffee is free anytime! Other Amenities: Transfers ($25), visa support and visa registration ($40), guided tours, theater and museum tickets also offered. Internet - 1 EUR per hour (there’s a table in the corridor with a PC that any guest can use). There’s a big city map on the wall to help you find where you are. Would I Stay Here? Yes.
Staff Speaks English? Yes, and German too. Comments: The cleaning lady comes every day. To find this place find the house number 21, there will be a gate with a code lock (press 190), then once you enter into the courtyard turn right and there you will see another door with a code lock (press 378).
